after the FUN had by all, here's this year's motion-stopper: the 2006 antville Music Video Awards' winner for BEST ANIMATED VIDEO, Adam Bizanski, shares some insights into his parable for Wolf Parade's "Modern World".

"(I tend to strutter on the acceptance speeches front...Something to go live.. let's see..) I'd say this much (on record):
Antville is a truly inspiring resource to me personally, and is becoming even more so thanks to its community. So.. big thanks to all antvillians, even bigger thanks to the kind people who put this award (show?) together, and big props to nominees and winners alike.

She had an idea, and we shot it the next day, running around NYC. Had her sing along to a slowed down version of her song to get the sped up background effect.

Adam Green - Novotel Dir.Galen Pehrson
Here are two versions: Both are disruptive, one takes the end off and the other chops the end and beginning off. This was actualy done last June, the entire project was given a 5 day production schedule, and 2 days to come up with a treatment. it ended taking closer to 11 days. produced/co-co-directed by john fitzgerald of American Chopper! Comissioned by Larrissa Brown at rough trade Records
