Jeff Knabel - And Who Am I
Originally written in 2000 and played live with 'Lebanese Renegade'. Recorded at 'Linwood College' in Christchurch, New Zealand in 2002 thanks to Ritchie Gillies. About a year later I took the song with me to Melbourne, Australia and Jeff Ahearn added some great percussion instruments. I brought the song back with me to New Zealand and remixed it. Ritchie Gillies did some awesome lead guitar and backing vocal work on this song. He also added a smooth bass line.
Credits -
Jeff Knabel - Guitar and Vocals
Ritchie Gillies - Lead Guitar, Bass, and Backing Vocals
Jeff Ahearn - Percussion
Lyrics -
1V- I'm gonna show you somethin', somethin' you might need. I'm gonna let you have it, 'cause I'm already free. You can take it to the seashore. You can take it to your home. You can take it anywhere you want, 'cause I'm already gone.
C- And who am I not to recognize? And who am I to blame? The stars are shining in the southern sky, but who am I?
2V- I wanna let you love me. I wanna let you see. I wanna let you notice, everything I can be. (Repeat 2nd half of 1st Verse)
Chorus - Lead
