dir Philip Andelman for Partizan. He doesn't go for cutting edge, so I don't think we should judge him for that. Still, I didn't entirely get the video either, although it's probably better on TV. His new Fort Minor video is an interesting (though "All I Need"-lite, again fwiw) anti-war vid.
         
I think the meeting went something like:

This video had a similar concept but with less pretension/explotation.

i love elefant but this song is bad and so is this video.
         
Dunno you guys, I like the song. However, I didn't like the video especially with the nipples scenes.

they are renaming the song because MTV will not air the video if it is called "lolita". They think it is kiddie porn. And they are going to cut the girl out.
