Only thing mtv seems capable of doing, on these links posted spreech, is informing us, that copyright restricts the clip from being played outside the US, or showing a bleedin' video-jock prattling on about the mtv awards before acquainting the viewer with knowledge that mtv is unable to retrieve the clip!

Peter Berg, eh? I really hope this video gets his foot through the door.
         
Total and utter garbage. That was one of the worst videos I've seen in a long time. This is proof positive that TV =/= Movies =/= Videos. Given that, I'm still having a hard time believing something so bad could have come from Peter Berg.

The damn thing didn't even have a proper beginning, middle, or end. What's more, it was thematically messy, the cinematography looked wretched, and for a 3:11 song that thing dragged it's butt like constipated cat!

This has to be Aguilera's worst video.

*Sigh*, early October was such a strong month for videos and gave me renewed hope for our field but stuff like this, from an A+ list performer, makes me mourn for the craft of video-making.

First, let me say that I love Christina Aguilera. She is one of few in the "pop" scene that actually has vocal talent. This video, however, was not that engaging. While I understand the concept (however familiar it is: "a woman is and can be whomever/whatever she wants to be"), I believe it could have been executed in a more creative way. The images seemed very random and not unified except for the fact that Christina was playing each of the characters. It also seemed very static, with the main "frame" of the video being Christina sitting at a half-futuristic, half-retro minority report-esque console. That little walking robot was cute though.
         

It's OK, Godlfrapp's THROUGH with that shtick ANYWAY.

Seriously, SUCH talent. Just wish this girl would do a serious overhaul & finally get her OWN genuine image.

As for the VIDEO, it's pretty LAME.
Especially for ANY budget at all.

TRASH.

Not in any sort of kitschy sense either.
Just truly crass wal-mart garbage devoid of style, originality, & not even SEXY. ICK!

Not to mention that now KUBRICK'S room will have to be thourgholly disinfected.
