This transcends a music video, there is such a beautiful story and is stunningly cinematic. I love the colors that define the the atmosphere and envelop the viewer. Perfect casting and costume support this contemporary take on an often stereotyped culture. true_fiction, December 2, 2009 1:12:26 AM CET

SGF Jason: Why where two videos made for this song...?Alanedit, December 2, 2009 5:04:45 AM CET
Wait a minute, two videos for one song? let the championship begin.I take this on a 7th round TKO over the motion controlled one. Something about the sumptuous cinematography that keeps pulling me back in.

wong kar WHY?????WHY not????
No idea why they have two versions. Unless there's an audience that doesn't want to look at Cheryl Cole.
But, nicely done. it would be cool if every video had an Asian short film companion piece.

yep. beautiful cinematography.decent acting.
but unfortunately the story comes off as pretty damn cheesy. Song doesn't help. nowhere near to subtlety of WKW.

Ours version was a viral and Saam's was the official. It's actually pretty smart strategy that we may start seeing more often. The label gets pennies back from Youtube on how many hits the video generates. If they get enough hits on a low budget viral then it pays for itself. They can send this out to build buzz and generate additional content all for free - assuming it's good enough to go viral.
