Pretty dang awesome.stratobee, March 2, 2010 2:14:04 AM CET
Marvelous. Nice to see a video that doesn't bore one to tears, for a change. I was wholly entertained and didn't want to hit the back button - that's an achievement.NickyGoose, March 2, 2010 3:05:38 AM CET
Dope. Who directed? Budget? What'd they shoot on? Who called Bruce Willis?pancho, March 2, 2010 3:12:57 AM CET

No one does it better, I'm pretty excited for this album. A nice addition to the "desert video" subgenre "desert videos that feature muscle cars driving recklessly towards destruction" (see examples 1 & 2).Update: you can stream the album here btw.

... to be continued, I guess. It's alright. Track's alright. Concept's alright. Well executed. Nothing that made my heart skip a beat though: beyond the cameo and the zombification of their cartoon characters, it's pretty "meh" ... which is kinda how I feel about the band. So I'd say they're consistent.
I still think that the best thing they've put out is "Banannaz."

Loved it. Agree with Stratobee entirely. I don't think you could ask for more than Damon Albarn and Bruce Willis.Ok, maybe Kirsten Dunst dancing in a manga costume.

c-dub? i'm kinda with you: this isn't shot or edited very well. shame.pancho, March 2, 2010 10:07:36 PM CET
There are some money shots in there, overall its ok.kevathens, March 2, 2010 10:44:14 PM CET
The 3D was jealousy-inducing. That's about as much as I can say. Bruce Willis? Ew?mainchara, March 2, 2010 11:10:36 PM CET
So dark! Even for Gorillaz! (Noodle gets shot in the head?)Great edit and a very entertaining video. Can't wait to see more videos.
sharpiesharpesharpe, March 3, 2010 2:54:26 AM CET
so coolman, I've got a soft spot for the whole "muscle car cruising along a stretch of road against a barren backdrop" look.
any more?
daku, March 4, 2010 1:12:56 PM CET
the song is cool and doesnt ask for a better idea. I guess there will be more soon...robodrug, March 4, 2010 2:56:53 PM CET
Now that Gorillaz dope was braw! Tho' think all the other clips seemed rather pedestrian after watching the Mad Max extract sharpie (I understand that wasn't the inference)
