the bird at the end is awesome
Love it.
dayvan cowboy in reverse, albeit less spectacular
So let me get this straight. Tame Impala's music floats us the audience into the atmosphere and then we fall mystically back down as the music ends. 'Like cosmic man, like wow, hand me another doobie scooby doo.'
Ultimately boring, uninspired and you can definitely only watch it once, if that.
Technically, the first person to do it was an artist called Simon Faithfull:
Who was then ripped off by Toshiba (who actually tried to make amends by employing Simon Faithfull only to ditch him at the last minute)
Who in turn was "inspired" by several other folk... but then surely Nasa was there first anyway?
Quite simply, there is no such thing as an original idea any more.
How does this get called out, but no one cares about the new Klaxon's video?
And really, there's NEVER been a completely original idea, its just that it's easier for people to get all riled up in public on the internet now.
Regardless of who ripped of who the question is whether the idea is lame or not.
There's this one too from the GOPRO site... vimeo.com
