Jeff Tynan is an independent singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & producer from Melbourne, Australia. "Revolving" is his debut EP (available now) on which he has written, performed & produced 5 new songs. It's a unique sounding blend of modern & earthy indie folk/rock, featuring raw sounds of wood & strings, weaving between passionate lyrics of self growth & social awareness.
The track "Better I Was" is 1 of many highlights on the EP for which Jeff has helped create an equally emotional video. Inspired by 8 years of teaching at a Melbourne school for disadvantaged kids, family experiences with mental illness & addiction, the recent passing of both Jeff's Mother & life/music mentor - the song speaks of regret, doubt, grief, loss of trust, loss of innocence & loss of any sense of reality & what's important in life in this modern age.
