Lovely. Like a disco Broadcast. Made me quite giddy. The vignetting was a little too strong though. I like it when people use the term 'modern technology'. Cool.
The lovely visuals felt a little languid for the song, witness the ending there. Nice work though!
I likey. The change in musical tone was nicely reflected in the darkened woods segment. Has City of Love been released yet?
some beautiful visuals - plus that vespa engine is music in its own right. really didn't like the way she was played/matted in there, though, and the whole pace was a step too slow/staid.
What does "old fashioned perspective illusions" mean? I just see a person composited into an animated environment. Am I missing something?
I agree with soapeymad here. I cant get past the cheapness of the idea and it's production. The design is really nice and sweet, but there is no heart and no real idea going on here, just design. Then they just stuck her in the middle of it haphazardly! pretty lame.
haha. I didn't mean that as a commentary on the content, I just meant that I didn't understand what the original poster meant about the style. I guess they were just overselling it. But since I'm on the spot about what I did think about it...yeah, it's not great. It's pretty but boring. But it is very pretty and only somewhat boring. Whoever made it deserves credit for their design skills at least. Does it lack heart? Music videos are an extension of commercials, so they all lack heart. Not to mention soul, brains, and any sense of decency.
