nasty? the half-baked gondry references alone are enough to make you cringe. i really liked some of flade's work, but this... (i won't even comment on the song.)

Yeah, say it. We all wanna hear you diss Rammstein too. Now seriously, what gondry references? the truck? the dream? come on, you're acting like it's all a rip-off. He makes references, so what? And what of Flade's work did you like? If it's anything like that last thread you started, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to disagree with you there too. If you call that black and white nonsense a video, you should've known better and stayed away from this one in the first place.
         
if you want gondry rip offs - then everyone is doing it- look at L.C.D's new video.... but Progosk, mvstills and myself want your final thoughts...so over to you.
         
I'll say something, why does popular German music always sound like they are singing about killing off a small nation's worth of people?

LCD is a rip off. This just happens to have a big truck.
         
these two i like most; these three others are ok, and this, though it goes nowhere, has an interesting look to it.

no way am i going to watch that flubby greaseball's audition for the sneering fuckface pageant again. i'll leave waxing lyrical on the finer points of unfunny-meets-unshocking to you, if you don't mind.
         
¿Which LCD video? ¿Daft Punk is playing at my house? I thought that was a tribute more than a rip off. I like that video.

Anyway, progosk, I'm still unclear as to why you hate this one so much. I saw that Reality check you pointed out and i think it's too gimmicky. Gomez on the other hand is cool. IMHO, "Michael" and "Precious" are the ones I like the most. Now, "Benzin" I like it because it's funny. The truck ramming thru everything in it's path was cool, kind of childish in a way. You kinda want to have a go at the driving seat of that truck, don't you?

and yeah fellfromthesky- why is German music so rubbish- too much beer and sausage.

I just hate Rammstein with a passion. Like fellfromthesky said, they really "sound like they are singing about killing off a small nation's worth of people", to German people too though. That's not ordinary German their singing... But if you really think that's typical of German music, I guess I'll have to post a few more videos...
Really now, do e.g. Wir sind Helden and Madsen sound like that to you too?
