nice. was skeptical at first of the gimmick but that boy pulls it off. i esp like that "glitches" cut sequence near the end.captainmarc22, 18. January 2006, 07:54
Director: GIUSEPPE CAPOTONDIwow, what an amazing song.
Wondering what lead to the kids-casting - was Andre 3000 not available?
Not sure I got the storyline but using kids was an excellent choice to contrast the lyrics; which take on a new light in this context - not many videos try this and few pull it off.
Imagine this song w/ some lame-ass Hype Williams performance video - and then realize how much better this is.

amazing kids, great choice to play it that way. love it. (and just one verse of corny lyrics, dogs, bitches, computer, reboot her...)steven366, 19. January 2006, 00:57
wonderful video. kids are cute, song is spectacular. yes yes yes.richie_rich, 19. January 2006, 14:13
i like everything about, 'cept those a bit cheesy quasi-lens FX... ehm, don't know how to call them properly, so obviously someone could educate me (and oh yes, if only I was so naive to believe those lyrics -)

Creativity in a rap video: you are after my heart. Still it didn't entirely sell me - photography didn't feel good with the song, just styled. Story was too soft..I was thinking Mat Kirkby-ish..

great video! I found another version on youtube where the boy doesn't lip sync. any idea why there are two versions? I like this one much better.progosk, 28. March 2007, 11:49

Cheers Prog. I guess you'd be promoted obscure link and reference miner (and IMA workhorse).
