Split-screen galore. They must have spent months cutting this.

*quite* brilliant.(reminds me of a video i've been looking for for ages: sq-1 "one, two, three" shot by moersted&dusche for chopsticks (thieding) in hamburg back in 2000. anywhere i might find that?)

progosk, never heard of that! any more info?progosk, February 27, 2006 1:48:23 AM CET
it was a trance/dance track, and the video was simply a class of old folks at their weekly dance session but perfectly retimed/recut to fit the track. the effect was simple but a lot of fun to watch.www.kontor.cc

"Split-screen galore. They must have spent months cutting this"Am i missing something?
I have this plug-in, you can set each window to be on a delay, so the frame to the left can be set 15 or 20 frames behind and so on... you can also parent the boxes with other video clips and layers, and even add a VERY stylish drop shadow!

gwan, still the .js on husain's homepage did impress you, right? ;-)i am no cutter, so i don’t know how time-consuming this actually was, but the timing & rhythm of the images is great.
(they got an award for the cut of this back in 2002, ”schnitt preis 2002”.)
gwan, February 28, 2006 12:18:21 AM CET
Yeah the .js is cool, i prefered a auqamarine inspired theme with 4 sensitive corners..You will also notice that the main design of the site is shockingly similar to EAI

Maybe they should focus on webdesign?
funtoosh, February 28, 2006 12:33:36 AM CET
but would you call it a copy or rather an hommage? ;~}gwan, February 28, 2006 2:28:32 AM CET
That would be a copy, in all fairness. I used the most standard design i could find that related to the feild of film & video.
