IS ANTVILLE FINISHED?
It seems to have been infiltrated by robots posting links.
what do you all think abou it?

Okay animation, the last frame has some weird artifacts in it.
Actually, it's still great. You just have to be selective - which I think we all do anyway.
I'm afraid there's no RUNSTOP-RESTORE on this thing..
i'll buy that kevathens. but still.. there is more and more garbage (like this posting?) posted on here. it's been infiltrated by the trashmeisters.
Well it's an interesting point. There may be a need for another 'filter cascade' on this sometime, but how? The only idea I can think of is create a 'popvideos.antville.org' for the more poppy stuff, which I'd visit regularly, but:
- will users follow that rule?
- nothing will have the cachet of this original site, if I may be so bold. Even shortsville hasn't become a solid homebase yet.
- the more cachet this place has, the more random ppl (i.e. people who aren't as hardcore mv) will post their/other ppl's work. I think Antville is far from dead, but again I do fear over-population here..
robots must like crappy songs and boobs.
WE ARE THE ROBOTS!
büüp, büp bip beep!
you guys seriously need girlfriends
ja tvoi sluga, ja tvoi rabotnik...
honestly, though - vido, don't let a little pizza get you down.
A Kraftwerk infection?
simply, it's all YOUTUBE's fault and all youtube link's posters
Yeah seriously, if it's not proper MOV, get f**ked.
But also, it would be great if there was some sort of group moderation system (like Slashdot) where the "community" could moderate posts to be visible and flagged-up, or minimized (because it's some shit Britney Spears YouTube video).
I also think that the site's inherent bias is something to be embraced rather than apologized for, since it's the collective editorial judgement of the people who visit Antville that makes it worthwhile.
