Great! This might be a dumb question, but was all this footage shot for the video or was it some crazy old 80's movies that was chopped up?
         
if this was shot for this video, that would make it (at least in part) awesome. if it wasn't (as i suspect), it's a pretty clumsy hodgepodge edit.
         
I mean this as constructive... This is a killer idea. There's something very odd about the cinematography in Troll 2, probably necessitated by its budget, so that it looks fairly close to 80s documentary (or perhaps, I don't know, somewhere in deepest Utah today). Turning that into something else could be really fascinating if done more subversively and not so obviously. At the start I had no idea what I was seeing.

But this is just way too overlong and the use of edits can be better. Likewise, repeating a sample over and over is overkill, unless you specifically have that in your song. It doesn't make it any funnier to hear it again. Except for that kid's awful "oh my god". I think the more sampled dialogue you take out, the better it could be.

All that said, I bet this is better than the original movie.
