Haunting? Poetic? Comedic?

tho i love monkmus, i couldn't really get into his video for this song. tho i love thraves, the (admitted) poetry here is just a little slight for it to be more than... nice. i guess it's the track...kevathens, 18. June 2006, 17:46
Yeah, it's the track. Now that I've seen Directions, I like their music, and I like this video a lot! Very nuanced, and an affirming idea: jump into the abyss and realize it's only a puddle. (Even Nick Cave has sung thusly.)lusk81, 18. June 2006, 19:49
A comedy.jiiynx, 18. June 2006, 20:34
This was a really cool video, and the song is so good to =)captainmarc22, 18. June 2006, 21:01
best Death Cab video ever?Thraves is underrated and deserves a directors label dvd.

i'll second you on thraves, cap.as concerns dcab vids, i find i'm still really (and unexpectedly) partial to autumn's different names...

Aye, I think I'm falling in love with this video. Look out below!I rather like Patrick Daughters' "Title & Registration" - more soft, dramatic filming.

I dont know guys, I think Thraves is rather OVERestimated. I mean the Radiohead Video which so many people tell to be the best ever is not THAT good... much more groundbreaking stuff from Fincher for a directors label... It's bad enough Sednaoui got one (thats purely subjective opinion tho)kevathens, 8. January 2007, 17:58
