London Bridge - Fergie (Director: Marc Webb (can't believe it!))
Fergie has all of a sudden gone solo and has a new song and music video for it. Even though its a catchy song, it has the worst meaning behind it (urbandictionary). And it seems like its copying Gwen Steffani's 2005 hit "Hollaback Girl".

Marc Webb - he's a popular guy this week
I have to admit that I like this song. It's an amazing hybrid of Hollaback Girl and Missy's 'On and On' and there's a good chance that this will end up being the song that packs dance floors at clubs, weddings, and homecoming dances for the rest of '06. The video is nice in that it commits enough to the British theme without going overboard. It seems like most recent American portrayals of British culture have looked like homages to Austin Powers.
we really got to lay off marc webb. whats a director that never gets linked(and is good)here on antville?
Coldstream guards, Hampton Court Palace, Belgravia, Tower Bridge and a bowler hat seems pretty overboard to me - but amusing.
Almost as amusing as Lost's hilarious studio recreation of Brixton.
I have to agree this is more Austin Powers then Layer Cake. It feels like it was Marc's first trip to London. It's hard to get past the fact that Fergie comes off like a tranny. She's definitly no Gwen Stefani.
you got that right/

Wow, that is a really smutty song title.
What's next? Double Penetration?
Yeah I had London Bridge and Eiffel Tower confused. I'm glad she cleared that up for me...
Where's all the front from Just Shuddup or, visually, from Let's Get It Started? This is like that London episode of Friends with choreography. And without the canned laughter
she looks like a man and the outfits are bad
this video is to gwen stefani as a donkey is to seabiscuit
Fergie shouldnt even be in BEP, they have totally turned into the definition of sellouts, completely compromising their sound for airplay, money, whatever...it wouldnt be so bad, or obvious if they hadnt heen so outspoken about it in their earlier albums. Fergie only makes it worse, she is only in the band to try and catch another bit of the market, trying to get more bubble gum money from teenie boppers. Fergie's video is not so bad, the song however is totally crap....Missy Elliot rip off, Gwen Stefani rip off, total garbage.
