technically impressive but yeah, boring. Without any narrative to keep it interesting you can only look at morphing furniture/doors/buildings/people for so long.
         
Blip seem to have killed my mirror. Wonder if it was getting too many P'fork hits (it had 160 in the two hours since I posted it)?

I like this video quite a bit - there's a marked difference between it and its treatment, though.
         
Enjoyably claustrophobic, just like the song.

i can't get the partizan mov to work. it starts loading but stalls at about a fifth of the video. anyone having the same problem?
         
All known, non-YouTube versions of this video are currently dead due to traffic. May want to remove the link until Partizan recovers from the attack.

I was gonna call you all haters, but frankly I'm a little disappointed too. That song has this great coda to it and I was really interested to see what Gondry was going to do with it. Looks like he just cut it out almost entirely. That blows.

yeah kinda dissapointed. gondry's never really been one to stay in a single room for the entire video... and the CGI morphing made the whole thing feel a lot less organic.

who would've been a better match for the song?

I could see Ne-O doing some cool dance video with this.
         
Did someone run out of time/money? There's a belated sense of development when one of the synthetic characters appears with what might be a bullet hole to the heart - then changes into Beck, who grabs the same. But that's all.

Lovingly attended transitions which put Let Forever Be in the shade but it's not enough.
         
I think it was the peep hole in the door, not a bullet hole.
         
i would have like to have seen it move from the room out into the streets. but it was still really impressive.
         
it's very good. unlike his last feature.

mezmerizing. this video could never have been made within the director-rep-commish-label-band system.

it was nessecary that the para diggem be curcum vented.

can any good video be made within that circle jerk?
