question for terri timely: do you guys find it difficult to round up crew and cast working out of northern california?

rounding up crew and cast in norcal has not been too bad for us. We've been working in the bay area for a while so we have a lot of friends and vendors we work with on a semi regular basis. In some ways we actually prefer to work here. Although it generally means the budget is small and we have to do a lot of the producing/art direction ourselves. If anyone needs any crew recommendations let me know.
