Piana: Something's Lost. Director: Thomas Hilland
oh yes I like it. the choice of b/w absolutely perfect. poetic. a bit too long but its part of this kind of music. is this the difference of having a good production company behind you?
Anyone else notice the bjork sample in this: telephone like ring
now THIS is a beautifull video
Well that was completely different. The thought of making something like that is very appealing.
I loved this video so much. I'm so jealous!
It reminded me of Michael Kenna's photography. He specializes in black and white prints of snowy minimalist japanese landscapes.
Something to aspire to.
That was great. I'd like more videos like this. And yeah, lusk, "Possibly Maybe." :)
The angles in the performance footage were very Japanese, but for me that's what makes it charming. I feel like I'm connecting with them.
I don't understand why there aren't more nature videos.
the nature footage is beautiful. I thought the performance footage was awful though. 100% pure fermented cheese. the song doesn't help either.
you mean, 'fermented soybeans.' natto sushi...yum! =D
dop jens ramborg, shot on 16mm.
I'm still into this.. If I saw this on MTV I'd soil myself.
this was the arctic tundra one i couldn't remember...
Piana: This vid was filmed in Oslo (pics!) in March 2006.
English translation:
rain showers color the town blue we swim in the light our tiny goodbye echoed
we might have to say goodbye what are we starting to forget we might have to be apart we might not meet again
we might have to say goodbye midnight sun in the sky we might have to be apart what are we starting to loose
Also the song is actually called "Something is Lost"
