this is good. (what would have made it outstanding...?)good fit to a nice track.

I like the storyline and the photography is great. The beginning edit fits nice and catches attention just so. I felt like that same jumpy, sort of commercial editing technique turned a little unnecessary after that initial sequence. All of the counter cuts and speed rampy sort of cuts started to take away from the interest in the story. I wanted to watch a full action without the disruption of a fabricated edit sometimes. That is what I think drags it down a touch.daku, February 22, 2007 5:50:24 PM CET
good work! I like photographie, editing, locations, ideaartbandini, February 22, 2007 7:18:03 PM CET
Thanks for your nice comments so far guys... Todd- The jerky editing was my response to what I felt was a jerky track (it feels like the guitars are pulling you around). It's not something I would do as default I promise.

I can see that. That makes some sense. Perhaps letting those cuts slide a little would have made the ones that do happen a little more violent and interesting. But really, what do I know, I wasn't there sitting with the footage and you were. Sometimes things feel right and stick. Its tough to make a call like that from here. Nice work overall though.terri, February 22, 2007 11:30:13 PM CET
I liked the look. What did you shoot that on?artbandini, February 23, 2007 11:24:09 AM CET
Z1, movietube and 35mm lenses. First time I have used that combo and was pleasantly suprised. Still... not a format I would choose to shoot on unless the budget dictated such...kevathens, February 28, 2007 12:17:30 AM CET

Congrats Sully on getting signed! Well earned.I see this vid got updated with some halos. Wicked!

ah cheers Kev..! Am definitely excited.Let me explain about the halos etc...
The halos are actually from an earlier version! The fact that it is up on the Flynn website is entirely my fault and I will rectify it asap. I prefer the version without!
