I'm with progosk. Promo should've been a backdrop for a credit roll of the mini porn doc. Otherwise it needed much more development to stand on its own.

         

Is this Autumn de Wilde? Her site says she is/was directing a Rilo Kiley video. The interviews are much too long in my opinion. Jenny photographs so well, it makes the video.

what a coincidence, i just rented boogie nights yesterday. the interview stuff was great but the video itself falls flat. if aired without the opening segment its gonna be really boring. and whats up with the lens choices? overall, i like the concept, but wish they went somewhere with it.

Nice stuff. The interviews were great and I loved seeing the band try and "out-sexy" the porn stars. I'm hoping we see many more long format video experiments now that TV airtime is less of a factor.

Rilo Kiley has never had very good videos. I think this is their best so far. I loved hearing them laugh along with the interviewees. Also, nice new track.
