Undercut - Hot in that, Dir: El Skid@Chrome
The follow-on for the highly successful video for Bit of Education, El Skid went bananas with this one creating no fewer than 80 individual replicas of classic punk album covers featuring the band. There are also scathing references to a certain airhead heiresses and some not so subtle digs at prominent members of the smug music video industry. Pause the video to get the full flavour. This is a shouty punky invective launched at the music and video industries. El Skid did all the post work himself and nearly died trying to deliver it in time.

The execution is really excellent, but the concept needs work, just like in El Skid's last video. El Skid: Spelling the lyrics out doesn't work. It even feels dated in classic vids like this.
Otherwise very well done, and is the poster saying that's a dig on Jaron's Sexy Results, not a ref/rip-off?
Cheers Kev, I hadn't actually seen Jaron's vid till I was halfway through doing this and someone pointed it out. IT's amazing how much you have to compromise even doing a simple shoot like this so the concept was pared down significantly just to make it possible at all but it's a fair comment
