1. v cute
2. top marks for effort (tho perhaps a slightly shorter track would've served you well)
3. lot of the styling charming (the simpler instruments, the road); some of it a bit off (drumkit, car, spacemen)
4. the more narrative elements eventually weigh it down; perhaps more visually-focused trickery would have been the ticket.

really really like that. esp intercutting performance and narrative with it represented to simply. i actually reckon part of charm is length of song, the weird breakdown in middle - allows it to build.

plus the bit where he starts ripping tin foil off the alien/robot - genius!
