No Age "Keechie" ( Dir: Andy Bruntel )
I know this was mentioned in the Eraser posting but I just thought it warranted it's own. QT
bang. its brilliant. mr bruntel is clearly a bit special.
like watching gummo. only trippier and mo refined. nice.
Pretty swell also. :) Are they meant to be watched back to back? The Continuing Adventures of the No Age Fan? -j
a dispointing ending, kind of boring but so beautiful, the light, the make-up, the stylism, everything is perfect. and yes, very Harmony Korine style.
Bruntel lists it as a "companion" video to Eraser on his site. Not sure exactly what that means but I suppose it is meant to be watched all together? I'm not sure the ending would hold up for me if I hadn't also seen Eraser...and for that fact that I know it was filmed at the L.A. river and the relevance that has to the band. But yes, beautiful!
wow. really awesome. love both vids.
YEAH ANDY! you are going off! thats the perfect soundtrack for a naked chest balloon exploder. Sweet moves.
i dont know about this video....
and the comments about this being like gummo or korine is silly. nowhere near the potency of that work.
I think those references were pretty superficial too bodysong. Not that I think korine's work is all that potent.
I do like this video though. The song as well. Especially when watched back to back with Eraser.
enjoyed that.
very beautiful! just watched this and then eraser in order. both so well on point with the music which I actually liked quite well. also liked that youtube document of band performing next to that city river in los angeles. thnx!
cool video.
