concept might be the wrong word... it's ideas are awesome.
it is a series of great setups along a theme. It's like Martin has realised a kind of dream that he has had to the track and I find it very exciting/ brilliant indeed.

Just because it is not a tightly conceptual gondry video doesn't mean it's not awesome ok chaps? There is room for other kinds of genius in this medium we love so much. This one has bags of soul to it.

Lovely as always. Besides skill, vision, and great ideas, DeThurah has fantastic taste.
         
ditto captainmarc. maybe i'm missing something... brilliant? wonderfully executed? i dunno... expensive looking - yes. slightly confusing - yes. but these things don't make brilliant.
having said that, definitely a cut above what most pop/ballads would have for a video.
         
Therrr is an air of unbreakable vulnerablity. A man gets kicked down by superhuman forces but never breaks... more smoking heads!

not sure it follows through on all the concepts -- the shot of singer on the ground beginning to drown in mud was the beginning of something creepy and interesting, but never fully materialized. video light years ahead of the song though.
