I love it, but I think the most interesting part might be the edit. Each of the match cuts is just a few frames off every time, which really adds to the look they're going for.

No money + Some creativity = Decent gimmick video that manages to bore before it ends.
At least the gimmick allows them the conceit of shooting a pretty boring video and still claiming that 'that's how they all were back then!'
This could've been better...
