WTF, and how sad. The Draw crew were some of the nicest/most generous folks in the business, and I hope either individually or together they can rise again.

A friend of mine did a commercial with them and said even their LA division was the most unprofessional company he'd ever worked with. The EP was fat, lazy and preoccupied with making sure his keffiyeh was wrapped properly and hiring his incompetent hipster friends. Good riddance to shit company
