Seems there were some changes to the way the YouTube API works. These guys are still trying to grab the video using the previous method, which obviously fails.

         

Keepvid keeps working OK so far.

         

Google has done this a couple times this year so far. It could be to prevent this type of embedding. I think this latest change happened in the last few days; some people have implemented the new fix. Others have not.
