They are highly ironical. It's a part of a swedish comedy group called "Grotesco". They had their break trough in sweden at the swedish music grand prix where they were preformed in the paus with the song: "Tingaling" (Check it out on www.youtube.com) Which eventually led to Sweden having to apologize to Russia :)

This video is tight and ten times more entertaining than most of the work peddled on this site by people with tickets on themselves as "serious music video directors".
