Dirty Projectors - Stillness is the Move (dir: Matthew Lessner)
Killer Song, Nice Alpaca or Lama, Band give it their all, Beautiful Countryside, A Big Thumbs UP!
when the guy leads the lama and his singing forest nymphs away at the end is he thinking about getting cosy with the lama or the nymphs? But story/ non story aside their are enough visual eye candy's here to get through the whole clip. They did well - a few crane shots really worked. Shooting the huskies at the end of the day in the dying light and then cutting back to the singing girls in broad daylight kind of bothered me. Anyway kind of cute.
Oh dear.
This video feels like a tribute to how awkward ugly white girls look when they try to dance. And it has llamas. Pure comedy.
love the album to death, most spins of any all year, but uhhhh seriously what the fuck is going on with this video?
yeh, i love the album too, but i'm really not sure if i love this video as well. (realised that i dont like my own comment, it is completely senseless) - bunny green: you have the most chaotic website i've ever seen -
also, bunny: current gold medalist for antville posting style. chapeau!
this video is so confusing. are we supposed to laugh at the girls dancing and looking at the choreographer offscreen? why are the dogs leashed? wtf? f?f?
reminds me of this. i hope thats what they were referencing.
the song is jammin
@ surely
My parents used to play the shit out of that CD. You might be dating yourself, and so might I....
I love a lot of this video. But I just felt so bad for the poor girls. I think maybe I would have liked it better had they just stood still.
