The singer Chiyori is part of a collective of artist and designers on the Mary Joy Label
coolth, robo! here's the low-down: the animation on this was originally an animation piece from 2002, “The Evening Traveling" for music by Toshiaki Chiku (here's a brief part); it won her the Grand Prix at the DIGISTA AWARDS that year (Animation category). someone just stuck this reggae track over it. (much better fit, if i might say so...)
