The build up is perfect. You expect it to just glide by and stop going further as every other raunchy tecno/rap/teenage songstress' clip, and then it crosses the line. And what makes it doubly disturbing are the face replacement cuts. Not exactly a breakthrough as in Cunningham's 'Windowlicker' mask shenanigans but it makes it one stand back in surprise.
