Temper Trap "Sweet Disposition" Dir Daniel Eskils
dope.
my only comment would be i wish there were more contraptions. there's only three and i feel the edit suffers because of that.
Quick name all the vids with mirror breakage in them..

Fixed. More lol antville should be like this every day. (Read: Decent vids + anything goes commentary)
not his best, but still better than the rest.
a little OT but fuck it... can someone point me in the direction of a board that goes a step further than antville and focuses on the production techniques of these videos. Basically I'm looking to learn more about camera, lighting, etc. execution. Thanks.
It's not for music videos, but check this out:
Roger Deakins forum, he literally answers your questions about his films himself.
Keep it on the dl.
Not bad, nicely shot, better than the last 2 videos for this song. However I agree with senility that there should have been far more contraptions. At the start I was expecting a bunch of strange instrument contraptions and at the end I felt let down that there were only a couple which were not that amazing to begin with... actually kind of a bit lame... although the guitar mirror shot looks great and I liked the idea of the rope pulling the drums from the rooftop. Basically there was not enough havoc caused.
The performance is weak and seems a bit like it was thrown in to cover more ground.
Overall a good idea which was maybe not fully realized.
BTW what took so long in post production?
'(16.01.10) We just finished shooting the third clip for Sweet Disposition by The Temper Trap.'
PS how's that Familiar?.. sorry I didn't really get into the mechanics of color in this one. Maybe next time.
^ A+++ review, highly recommend, looking forward to more.
