If this was created in a vacuum it would be cool, but within the context of his other work this feels tired. Sam needs to change his shit up.

         

it's true that sam's body of work is a particularly coherent whole, and he manages to be extremely quality-consistent. in my personal book those are plus points, but i can see where trans is coming from.

         

man i had great hopes for those glasses of water sam touched my inner spielberg and left me hanging... why sam... why! still pretty respectable.

shit song? with kesha, justin beiber and rihanna polluting my ears daily this sounds like nothing but sweet nectar in comparison. at least this is music not autotuned whining over a club beat. give the girl a break, i've seen her live - i don't like the music per se, but i respect her talent.
