Cheers for the comments guys, our references for the video were 'The Shining, Carrie, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre & more surrealist films like 'Don't look now and Phantasm'. As well as a few others.
Just watched the link for The Loved Ones trailer that Kranskian shared. Cheers for that. The level of detail that is similar is pretty amazing & spooky to see. Cheers again.
