@Zoolamber Wide awake. This is good, solid work. However I kept thinking it was a trailer for a new X-Men movie? Perhaps called 'Young X-Men'. Also reminds me of 'Village Of The Damned'. Serious sci-fi mysticism.
Well shot and the post is exquisite. I'm betting Mathematic on post and I also have a suspicion that Division are footing part of the bill for these current crop of videos. I really don't think M83 have the budget for this? If so, it's a smart move for a new production company trying to make it's mark and it's obviously good for the directors reel.
stunning. obvious contender for video if the year, imo.
'we own the sky' with better sfx
stuning. love love love it. and yes, Division seems to be the new 75/El Nino in France.
Cool! Sweet cg sequence. I am getting a little sick of slow motion shots of people staring into nothingness though.

harry potter meets one flew over the cuckoos nest meets lord of the flies. looking forward to part 2.
Song and video are both fantastic. Think the point of reference is more 'Mai The Psychic Girl' than 'X-Men' though.

Maybe these guys should make the feature rather than Tim Burton.

@kappadonna - well we would all hope that the original point of reference isn't X-Men or Harry Potter or The Matrix or even Martin Dethurah's James Blake video for that matter. Either way this moody neo-mystic floating object thing seems a little over used but still cool none the less. I'm still voting Village Of The Damned as a major point of reference and yes Mai The Psychic Girl would give it way more credentials.
Looks great. Feels great. But ultimately forgettable since there is nothing original here.
