The Flying Eyes travel through a world of construction paper. In their bus made out of yellow paper, they travel through paper city after paper city. A giant Pipi Longstocking chases after their bus, while Pipi's doppelganger, a smaller version of Pipi, emerges to meet the Flying Eyes in each town they visit.
