Exit Clov is a Washington, D.C. indie act fronted by twin sisters Emily and Susan Hsu. MK Ultra is the notorious C.I.A. mind control program best known for its early experiments with LSD. The video is about as trippy as it should be, depicting the Hsu's backing band as a squad of Hazmat clad agents out to give the frontwomen a dose of disreality.
