I just finished this video for Parts and Labor. It was a 20 hour shoot with 250+ takes in one weekend and then three months of editing. It's kind of a sequel to the first video I made for them for their song The Gold We're Digging www.youtube.com.
Shot it at an old convent in Greenpoint called St. Cecilia's during an art show called Sequence of Waves. Great show.

Upcoming single from the album -Shoulder to the Wheel'-available now. A young boy carries his robot friend into adulthood and finds he would rather put away childish things. The concept was to continue a story about childhood magical friends where most movies would leave it - Pete's Dragon, ET, Mac and Me, Terminator 2 (!). Our film takes the magical friend through to adulthood where it essentially screws up our protagonist's life!
