We recently finished this animated musicvideo for the wonderful artist Milan

Sometimes need to let go of who you are in order to move forward and go back to the source of your creativity, to that private, most honest place, where you are able to express freely who you really are. It’s where the magic happens.

We tried to match the subtle and fragile tones of the song as close as possible and created magical hand drawn 2.5d worlds in which our main character goes on her adventure to find herself.

Milán is based in Brooklyn, New York, and the moniker of singer/songwriter Maria Neckam, who has made a name for herself on the international stage as a uniquely original and versatile artist. She has been praised by the press, from The New York Times to Le Monde in France, as “trailblazer” and “natural wonder”.
