Project Grand Slam is a jazz contemporary band founded by Robert Miller (bass, composer) in 2007 and later re-formed in 2014 with Marcello Casagrandi (keyboard), Nathan Cepelinski (saxaphone), Ben Sher (guitar) and Joel E. Mateo (drums). Their recent release of Jim Hendrix’s track “Fire,” features Kat Robichaud and her sexy, rock ‘n’ roll vocal capabilities along with Robert Miller’s intricate guitar work; creating a unique take on the legendary rock star’s classic track.
