Bill writes songs that have an incredibly cinematic tone to them, so it's not hard to visualize a story when listening to a Bill Carter song. For Black Lion I wanted to make a cinematic video that had a dark narrative on a $0 budget.
We begged, borrowed, and stole a bit to get this video done. I had a super talented three person crew that made it possible to make the video.
I set out to make a really dark, beautiful, strange video for Black Lion that would hopefully compliment the song.-Pat Kondelis
