New Song & New Video We were delighted when Kevin Barry of the Matinee Idles approached us to make a Video for his new single, 'Everything'.
The Matinee idles are from Dublin, Ireland, and were formed in 2009 after lead singer/songwriter Kevin Barry released his critically acclaimed solo debut album "Looking for Murphy" in 2008.
Late in 2009, Kevin signed a 3 year licensing deal for two of his songs from that album to a publishing company in Los Angeles USA. They have placed songs in numerous Hollywood block buster films.
From here, The Matinee idles were formed to compliment his music & what developed was a full 7 piece band, whose live gigs & raw performances have entertained audiences all over Dublin & Ireland.
The Matinee idles next record will be released this September with the first single & video of 'Everything' launched at a gig in the Odessa Club, Dublin, on the 4th of July.
