We made this video in my garage with help from friends. We built one set out of white sheets and the other out of black. We borrowed some lights and ordered a few pizzas. I already had the eyeliner!

The Balance Company are celestial consultants. They employ melancholic bureaucrats with an evolved sense of compassion to watch over us. Like a troupe of touring players, theatre company Highway Diner convert random objects into props and act out the disasters, the discord, the poignant romance of the human enterprise while Swimmer One look on, singing the song of the ‘good employee’.
Swimmer One and Highway Diner had previously worked together on a live show. The idea for this video was to spend a day working out what they could do visually with a new song and I was there to film the development and finished pieces.

- better, more efficient RSS feeds
- sort by new categories as site gets more popular (ex: indie section, hip hop section, etc...)
- open-source and scalable (most likely use the Pligg CMS system); other PHP programmers can jump in with suggestions, their own codes and plugins for the site
- save time
