Not sure who directed (Will update soon) but it looks like it has largely referenced Lillie Allen's 'Alfie' vid with a serious dose of Partizan's Nagi Noda's style. Theres a little bit of what looks like help from Kanye's new best friend SO-ME too at the start ala 'The Good Life' vid.

It seems the psychadelic-popsters are pretty open minded though, and the pitch of two men retrieving dead animal carcasses from various awkward places didn’t send them running.
