I'm trying to find an old video where a band (maybe blur?) is on a 60's style show. They're sitting in a round drinking and talking while a bunch of 60's futuristic girls dance around them. They pretty much ignore the show and just hang out in this sunken pit in the middle of the dance floor - sound familiar?

In fact my guess, Kraftwerk's Musique Non Stop actually was released three years later. Close but no cigar.
