Chin Up Chin Up "This Harness Can't Ride Anything" dir: Eric David Johnson
The first video from Chin Up Chin Up's second album, This Harness Can't Ride Anything, released in October, is soaked in color and Yellow Submarine animation. And like the title track, the video has some some cool little details: The frame shakes and bounces when the song gets to its sparkling chorus, and the venue the cartoon band play is inexplicably lined with candy and soda vending machines. The video was directed by Eric David Johnson, who recently directed the video for M. Ward's "Chinese Translation". Animation duo The UniBros provided the psychedelic graphics.

This isn't an official video by any sense. And I am guessing most of you cool kids will throw up from the cheeez but I made this video for my wife a little while back. It is one of my videos that I can actually look back and enjoy. Usually, looking at my work, I see all the things that went wrong.

Claude Friese-Green vs. Kate Bush "An Architect's Dream"
I did a search to see if this had been posted before on antville & I don't think it has. So without further adieu, I present Nick Crowe's fan video for Kate Bush's "An Architect's Dream" (from "Aerial") featuring vintage footage by Claude Friese-Green of turn-of-the-century England. I think it's fantastic and I apologize in advance for any redundancy.

Free Speech-Everything is Different Now/Dir:Aaron Rosenbloom
I just signed up for Antville and thought I would post this. We shot this video in New York City in November of 2005, but it is just making its rounds now. It won best music video at the E.Vil City Film Fest in New York, and has been seen around the web.
