Adam Dunning & Tash Parker - HOLIDAY
“HOLIDAY” – To Waltz Through Our Summer
Sunset Club Music and Little Buildings are pleased to announce the release of ‘Holiday’ on July 25th, the duet single by the earthy, folk and bossa-cool sounds of Adam Dunning and Tash Parker.
This waltzy, summertime track, a collaboration by Dunning and Parker, and produced by Greg J Walker (Clare Bowditch, The Whitlams) and three time winner of “Aria Engineer Of The Year” Doug Brady (Kate Cebrano, Kylie Minogue, John Butler, Keith Urban), features soft organic vocals that both Dunning and Parker are well known for. The song was born on the beaches of Australia’s Mornington Peninsula, amongst its world-renown little bathing boxes and relaxed holiday feel.
‘Holiday’ is set to hit radio airwaves on July 25 in the Americas, and across the UK, European, and Asian summers. Recorded in Victoria, Australia, and backed with a rustic, beachy clip, ‘Holiday’ marks a coming together of two genres: Dunning’s laid back bossa-cool / surf jazz with Parker’s personal pop folk vibe.
Tash Parker returns from a year out sharing music around the world in the wake of her evocative “Waking Up” 2010 debut release (and touring worldwide with her partner Wally de Backer, aka Gotye), while the single follows on the back of Dunning’s second 2013 album “Glass Bottom Boat” which is known for its surf-cultured old-school style, and oceanic message. They have both enjoyed successes in their own camps internationally and on home turf over the span of their recent careers, and it’s the homely beach-house empathy in this single that will strike us all. Watch this one – it will bring real music home, and gives summer nostalgia its soundtrack. Available on iTunes.

Mary PopKids: Nightdrive dir: Emil Goodman and Menzkie
We are proudly presenting our latest work, a music video for the up-and-coming European band, Mary Popkids. The directors, Emil Goodman and Menzkie were inspired by movies like Drive, Deathproof or Blade Runner, the backbone of the story is classic road movie scenario.
Our heroes arrive at a gas station, where they're poisoned by a bewitching waitress. The mysterious potion takes them a hallucinatory road trip. At the shooting the directors used rear projection to give to the video a retro feel, seasoned by a special camera movement. The camera rotates around the car for 360 degrees to mark the heroes' journey between the fantasy world and reality.
We hope you will enjoy it!

GHOSTPOET 'COLD WIN' Directed by Cyrille De Vignemont
Two years on from the release of his Mercury nominated debut, ‘Peanut Butter Blues and Melancholy Jam’, Ghostpoet aka Obaro Ejimiwe releases ‘Cold Win’ - the second single from his new album ‘Some Say I So I Say Light’ which came out May 2013 through Play It Again Sam.
The video for ‘Cold Win’, which was shot at dawn on the roads of Iceland and in a house designed by the architect Alvar Aalto, unfolds a hypnotic universe, utilizing images of wide open roads and endless landscapes. Directed by Cyrille de Vignemont, Ghostpoet is featured as a character unwilling to hit the road and to leave his life behind. Raindrops come together to form hobo symbols, a series of characters used by the rootless vagabonds who appeared in the USA at the beginning of the 20th century to communicate below the radar of civilized society. Guided by a sensorial narrative, an atmospheric mood gradually develops in the middle of those infinite landscapes, beautifully complimenting the song.
