I don't know who Nakazawa is , but this was animated by Production IG. They made the various Ghost in the Shell incarnations as well as the animated bit in Kill BIll.

*on my horse about Linkin Park... they took what little was good (deftones, faith no more, quicksand, far) in the "NEW metal" (notice the spelling)genre and killed it forever
