That would be Harris Savides, and I'll personally give him a antville pardon. 1.2 million though is an insult to everyone.

         

i think it's kinda cool, i agree that the camera work is a bit lame. the lights rig would have cost a shit load - maybe half a million?. The final shot makes you cringe though.

         

i luv coldplay, i thought the video was gr8, sum ppl mite not like it but it's theyr'e style, i think it was amazing, the song is great too! i cudn't get any of the links to work though to see the video so i found 1 that does:

as i was saying: i've started to think that perhaps romanek's attempting a kind of perverse exercise in philology here: the song's structurally so derivative of 'clocks' that he decided to do a video derived from leung's.
